The Esquire is one of the most mysterious Fender guitars ever produced. Originally built in 1950, the format changed to a two pickup version very quickly, leaving the first version to haunt us ever since. Here we have taken the platform and built what we believe to be the eltimate Esquire. The neck is a favorite shape of ours being a 10/56 "V" shape but with a 9.5 radius and 6105 frets for easier bending, the pickup is a very loud Duncan stacked humbucker, and the wiring is a very usable 3 position / custom voiced tone circuit that gives you 3 unique sounds from one pickup.
